📋 Description

• Lead network-wide operations, including facilities, HR administration, compliance, and finance coordination • Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities and translate them into operational execution • Assess current systems and identify needed changes to structure, staffing, or processes • Build and refine policies, procedures, and reporting structures across school sites • Support budgeting and resource allocation in partnership with finance • Mentor and manage operations staff at the network and school level • Represent operations in board and leadership meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 15 or more years of credible leadership experience in charter school systems and operations • Direct experience managing operations across multiple school sites within a charter network • Track record of building or strengthening operational systems in a growth-stage or transitional organization • Strong command of HR, finance coordination, facilities, compliance, and vendor management • Comfort working independently in a fractional or interim capacity • Availability to work Pacific business hours regardless of home location
