📋 Description

• Conduct end-user training, instructor-led sessions, and customer-specific education programs focused on communication products and workflows within acute care and other clinical environments • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product rollouts, adoption strategies, and go-live activities • Ensure smooth onboarding and optimal use of communication solutions • Identify user trends, workflow gaps, and training opportunities • Promote best practices using a consultative approach to uncover operational challenges and drive successful outcomes • Maintain current knowledge of product capabilities and healthcare communication and education trends • Provide onsite training, go-live support, and customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in a health care discipline required • Current licensure or certification required in healthcare discipline • Travel up to 90% for onsite training, go-live support, and customer engagements, which may include nights and weekends • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred • Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role preferred • Hands-on experience training in a clinical environment preferred • Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred
