📋 Description

• Support one or more Project Managers or Account Managers in running market research studies • Handle project administration from setup through tracking, documentation, billing preparation, reconciliation, and close-out • Identify and pull participant lists from L&E's database • Set up and manage client-specific online research platforms • Request W-9 forms for participant incentives of $2,000 or more • Support the PM in overseeing the recruiting team by providing direction, updates, and approving time entries • Relay schedule changes, cancellations, and replacements to the onsite team • Update daily project progress reports and verify recruitment and quota tracking accuracy • Review scheduled participants to confirm study qualifications and quotas • Record recruiter performance feedback for end-of-project evaluations • Maintain internal and client communications and answer questions on the PM's behalf • Serve as the main point of contact when the PM is out of office • Manage a dedicated project phone line and inbox when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of administrative experience (required) • Customer service experience (preferred) • Experience mentoring, training, or onboarding peers (preferred) • Experience working in a remote environment (preferred) • Market research industry knowledge is a plus • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting and filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, simple accounting, Google Suite, cloud-based storage, and shared file systems • Ability to learn and apply new software and research platforms, including Qualtrics, Forsta/Decipher, AYTM, and Discuss.io • Ability to learn new technologies, including emerging AI tools • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail • Reliable high-speed internet/broadband connection • Consistent and dependable phone service • Attend weekly and monthly team meetings and participate in company initiatives • Complete training course assignments issued by HR/IT • Adhere to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 20252 standards
