📋 Description

• Apply classroom knowledge and gain experience in a fast-paced and growing industry setting • Implement new ideas, develop skills, and contribute to meaningful projects • Document complex processes and present them clearly • Develop, analyze, and model operational, economic, management, accounting, and organizational data • Recommend solutions to new and complex problems • Develop innovative strategies and quantify competitive performance of operations and/or markets • Evaluate potential impacts of changes and report on economic forecasts affecting the industry • Drive proactive and predictive insights for strategic decision-making across the Commercial Excellence organization within the Trauma & Extremities division • Explore data and perform advanced analytics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, forecast business outcomes, and support Inventory, PLCM, and Customer Service initiatives • Leverage Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms to develop scalable solutions that enhance business impact and support data-driven strategies • Network with stakeholders and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field • Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above, verified at time of hire • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Majors targeted: Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Finance
