📋 Description

• Lead strategy, architecture, and operating model for a global portfolio of enterprise physical security technology platforms • Ensure scalable, resilient, and integrated capabilities supporting business operations, risk management, and digital transformation • Provide strategic leadership for the Technology Security Center of Excellence (TSCoE) • Own architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of enterprise security technology solutions • Partner with enterprise technology, real estate and facilities, procurement, HR, legal, privacy, and regional security stakeholders • Embed physical security technologies in site design and business processes • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and analytics to strengthen decision-making, operational consistency, and global business resilience

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic leadership of global physical security technology • Expertise in enterprise physical security technology platforms, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, visitor management, alarm systems, data, and analytics • Experience with platform strategy, systems integration, data architecture, and automation • Ability to align physical security technologies with enterprise architecture, site design, and business processes • Ability to partner with Enterprise Digital & Technology, Global Real Estate & Facilities, Procurement, HR, Legal, Privacy, and Regional Security leaders • Ability to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and analytics • Willingness/ability to travel 20%
