• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products • Develop, lead, and facilitate hospital training sessions and in-service education programs • Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers • Communicate highly technical information during fast-paced procedures • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company • Build and sustain credible customer business relationships and share product expertise • Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries • Maintain thorough knowledge of Inari products, related products, technical knowledge, trends, and market players • Collaborate with product development teams on device features and new device development • Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement • Participate in scheduled night/weekend on-call coverage • Travel locally and regionally, occasionally overnight, to support physicians and hospital staff
• Associate degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred • Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology • Strong clinical acumen required • Understanding of sales process is a plus • Travel up to 80% of the time, both locally and regionally, occasionally overnight • Night/weekend on-call availability per preplanned schedule • Extensive sitting, standing, and speaking • Ability to perform light lifting up to 10 pounds • Openness to a dynamic work environment with regular interaction with physician and hospital staff customers in several locations • Desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate others' needs • Critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems • Excellent command of the English language • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to concentrate on detail, work independently, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail • Comprehensive computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office • Ability to develop presentation materials
