📋 Description

• Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings • Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion • Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems • Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month • Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives • Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams • Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support • Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all Stryker business units within an assigned region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2 years of experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Experience supporting sales and commercial teams (preferred) • Experience working with customer proposals, contracts, financial transactions, or related business processes (preferred) • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform (preferred)
