📋 Description

• Directly manage and support the Compliance Project Manager(s) and the project management budget • Lead the project management office to ensure Compliance department enables Stryker’s business results • Influence and partner with senior leaders to lead projects of strategic importance • Translate vision, mission, and strategy into projects and initiatives with milestones and delivery schedules • Manage and influence resources to effectively meet planned objectives • Develop strategies and clear action plans with results-oriented goals • Serve as program manager for critical projects, driving both strategy and execution • Design and deploy project management best practices across the Compliance department • Analyze processes and provide recommendations to increase efficiency • Develop and deliver tracking and reporting regarding project progress and budget • Influence and manage stakeholders through collaborative relationships • Maintain deep knowledge regarding applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards • Raise awareness of the Program and foster accountability for ethics and integrity • Identify, select, and manage external vendor relationships • Develop strong relationships throughout multiple businesses and regions • Establish a strong tone at the top for the department’s strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 10+ years of work experience • 7+ years of project management experience • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience • Experience working in the medical device, pharma, Biotech, or healthcare industries • Demonstrates experience with project management tools • High level of critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail • Proven ability to build trusted relationships • Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to drive great results • Excellent presentation skills; can present complex information clearly • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and leadership skills • Exceptional project management skills and ability to organize multiple initiatives • Experience developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives
