📋 Description

• Lead the project management office across the global Compliance department • Directly manage and support Compliance Project Managers and the project management budget • Partner with global Compliance leadership to drive strategic work supporting short- and long-term priorities, vision, and strategy • Translate vision, mission, and strategy into projects and initiatives with milestones and delivery schedules • Manage and influence resources to meet planned objectives • Develop strategies and action plans with results-oriented goals and drive organizational alignment • Serve as program manager for critical projects, driving strategy and execution • Design and deploy project management best practices across the global Compliance department • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and deliver project progress and budget tracking and reporting • Manage stakeholders through collaborative relationships to ensure alignment and execution of priorities • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and organizational operations • Provide strategic input on Compliance program modifications • Raise awareness and accountability for ethics and integrity • Champion proactive Compliance focused on partnership, prevention, and risk mitigation • Identify, select, and manage external vendor relationships • Exercise independent judgment on decisions with significant company impact • Develop relationships across businesses and regions to foster a consistent compliance approach • Establish tone at the top and advance departmental strategic priorities • Identify issues, engage stakeholders, perform root cause analysis, and assess solution effectiveness • Inspire, educate, and empower others across businesses and functions • Support the CCO in building and driving Compliance strategy, goals, and objectives • Participate in other Compliance department activities as directed by the CCO or VP, Compliance Strategy, Risk, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 10+ years of work experience • 7+ years of project management experience • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience • Experience working in the medical device, pharma, Biotech, or healthcare industries • Experience with project management tools • High level of critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail • Ability to build trusted relationships • Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present complex information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and leadership skills • Exceptional project management skills and ability to organize and lead multiple concurrent initiatives through successful completion • Expertise applying external requirements to key activities and processes • Experience developing and leading large-scale, global initiatives through an entire project lifecycle • Excellent leadership and influencing skills • Ability to initiate, embrace, and support change in a dynamic and complex environment • Experience overseeing complex, diverse work with significant organizational impact • Well-developed understanding of business financials and reporting, with ability to allocate resources effectively • Preferred: Project management certification such as PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) • Preferred: Prosci certified change management certification or similar credential • Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification or direct process-project management experience • Preferred: Experience within Healthcare Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Regulatory/Quality, or Operations • Preferred: Experience with AdvaMed code and relevant federal and state reporting requirements • Preferred: Knowledge of effective Compliance programs outlined in HHS OIG Compliance Program Guidance and US Federal Sentencing Guidelines
