📋 Description

• Lead complex clinical programs in regulatory, clinical, and technical environments aligned with business objectives • Partner with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Global Supply, Finance, Sales, and Marketing • Develop, manage, and own project scope with stakeholders • Develop and manage detailed project Gantt charts • Analyze critical paths, workstreams, and milestones through execution and delivery • Develop and execute communications management plans • Develop project risk management plans and monitor risk response plans • Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets and drive cost efficiencies • Contribute to PMO growth by standardizing project and program management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience • Proven project management experience; clinical study project management experience is beneficial • Ability to lead multiple projects and cross-functional teams • Effective collaboration and communication with global, cross-cultural stakeholders and team members • Proficiency in program management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet • Ability to travel 20%
