📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies • Manage sponsor relationships and serve as the primary operational contact • Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project financial health • Drive study performance and ensure milestones are met • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Medical, Regulatory, and Biostatistics • Manage vendors and third-party providers • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and company procedures • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans • Support business development initiatives and proposal activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • 7+ years of clinical research experience • 2+ years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or global clinical trials • Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities • Excellent knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations • Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred • Ability to travel as required
