📋 Description

• Develop and execute communication plans supporting Ortho Tech Division priorities, employee engagement, and people leader initiatives • Lead editorial planning, content development, production, and distribution of employee communications • Partner with HR on employee and People Leader communications, organizational announcements, and sensitive or time-critical updates • Support change communications by translating complex information into actionable messaging • Own and maintain the communications editorial calendar • Manage employee distribution lists, governance, maintenance, and process improvements • Create, edit, and publish content across email, newsletters, Connect articles, presentations, leader communications, and digital platforms • Serve as an Ortho Tech brand steward by applying Stryker brand standards, voice, and messaging principles • Build stakeholder relationships and advise on audience, channel, timing, and content • Support communications for priority division events and initiatives, including sales meetings • Monitor communication trends, technologies, and best practices and pilot improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years of communications-related work experience required • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail • Knowledge of AP Style preferred • Writing assessment required • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office 365 applications • Familiarity with SharePoint, Viva Engage, Marketo, or other email marketing tools is a plus • Ideal candidate resides in the Eastern Time Zone • Ability to travel 10%
