📋 Description

• Own the content lifecycle from strategy through execution and performance analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop content that strengthens our brand, supports business objectives, and delivers measurable results • Lead content projects from initial briefing through creation, approvals, publishing, and performance measurement • Manage the content intake process by gathering requirements, refining briefs, conducting content audits, and providing strategic recommendations • Plan and execute quarterly messaging campaigns aligned with marketing and business priorities • Partner with analytics and community management teams to develop insight-driven content strategies • Act as the guardian of the STS brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communications • Research new content opportunities, themes, and storytelling angles • Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality • Repurpose existing content into engaging formats such as infographics, social media content, and website assets • Monitor and report on content performance across LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and the STS website, using insights to continuously improve results • Manage competing priorities while proactively communicating risks and recommendations • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new content opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• A strong editorial, communications, or content marketing background • Proven experience managing content across multiple digital platforms • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Experience developing and executing digital content marketing strategies • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global remote team • Experience within the financial services or professional services sector is advantageous
