⢠Own and achieve regional revenue targets, including: New sales, Renewals and repeat business, Expansion within existing accounts ⢠Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on long-term growth and retention ⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with district and school leaders through onsite and virtual meetings ⢠Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to educators and administrators ⢠Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility ⢠Use CRM systems with consistency and accuracy ⢠Manage the regional budget and allocate resources effectively ⢠Monitor customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity, and provide timely feedback internally ⢠Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities ⢠Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Outreach teams to ensure successful customer support and implementation ⢠Attend conferences and events to generate new opportunities within the region ⢠Demonstrate strong follow-through, responsiveness, and professionalism in all customer interactions ⢠Support cross-territory collaboration when needed ⢠Travel approximately two weeks per month within the assigned region ⢠Perform other duties as assigned by sales leadership
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in education sales ⢠Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written ⢠High integrity, honesty, and accountability ⢠Strong organizational skills with attention to detail ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment ⢠Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to operate under pressure ⢠Ability to quickly develop deep knowledge of Studies Weekly products and solutions ⢠Bachelor's degree required
