📋 Description

• Review and proofread documents, reports, emails, and other written materials • Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors • Ensure all content aligns with company style and quality standards • Provide feedback to content creators to improve clarity and consistency • Maintain organized records of revisions and proofing activities • Assist with other content quality or operational tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written communication skills and knowledge of English grammar • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Comfortable using digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar) • Highly organized and reliable • Prior proofreading or content editing experience is a plus but not required • Experience in education, tutoring, or learning support services is preferred • Familiarity with style guides or content standards is preferred • Basic knowledge of document formatting and editing software is preferred
