📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service utilizing our desktop application, Talkdesk • Handle inbound calls regarding shipping, returns, warranties, damaged or missing parts, refunds, and package tracking • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience is a plus • Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications • ASE Certifications preferred • Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred
