📋 Description

• Receive written and verbal merchandise orders from customers or store sales associates • Perform clerical tasks supporting eCommerce operations • Perform simple and routine accounting clerical operations • Help drive internet sales and build a loyal customer following • Work is monitored and controlled for quantity and quality through spot checks, complete review, or subsequent processing • Perform other job-related duties and follow authorized instructions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work a retail rotating schedule, available 7 days a week and working 5 days per week • Monday-Friday availability from 8 AM–7:30 PM • Saturday/Sunday availability from 9:30 AM–6:30 PM • Basic knowledge of routine clerical methods and office practices and procedures related to clerical processing and recording of transactions and accounting information • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Self-starter able to work with little daily supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask • Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Must be located in Texas, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, or North Carolina
