📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts • Build and maintain customer relationships • Recommend appropriate temporary fabric structures and additional equipment or services based on customer needs • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies • Cultivate relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners • Prepare rental quotes and proposals • Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics • Provide customer service from initial inquiry through post-rental follow-up • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and rental transactions using CRM software and other tools • Enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training and self-directed learning • Complete hands-on training in the installation of temporary fabric structures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required • 2+ years Sales experience, preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or related industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed • Must travel approximately 75% of the time nationwide during the 60-90-day training period • Must be able to pass a drug screening • Must be able to work independently while being part of a supportive team
