📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts • Build and maintain customer relationships • Provide exceptional customer service • Understand customer needs, preferences, and project requirements to recommend temporary fabric solutions and additional equipment or services • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies • Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers, contractors, and industry partners • Prepare accurate and competitive rental quotes and proposals • Negotiate rental agreements, terms, and conditions while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics • Provide customer service from initial inquiry through post-rental follow-up • Maintain organized sales, customer, and rental transaction records using company CRM software and other tools • Enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through training, workshops, and self-directed learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required • 2+ years Sales experience, preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or related industry • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed • Must complete a 60-90-day training period • Must travel approximately 75% of the time nationwide during the training period • Must be able to pass a drug screening
