📋 Description

• Provide technical support to Sungrow’s customers across Europe. • Explain technical topics clearly and educate customers. • Handle a wide range of requests with professionalism and empathy. • Engage with cross-functional and international teams to enhance project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service and customer support skills, with the ability to handle a wide range of requests with empathy and professionalism. • Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette, fluency in French (spoken and written), and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and educational way. • Strong interest in energy storage systems (BESS), electricity, or renewable energy; previous experience in an industrial or technical environment is a plus. • A Bac+2 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields. • Professional proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken. • Mandarin is considered a strong advantage. • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
