📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and compliance implications • Gather and document business requirements, use cases/user stories, and process maps • Document current-state business processes and identify opportunities for AI agents and automation • Translate processes into AI-agent requirements, including review points and escalation paths, with Compliance • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to create functional specifications and documentation • Conduct documentation walkthroughs with development teams • Work with Quality Assurance teams to provide test scenarios • Participate in or lead business validation of delivered functionality • Coordinate with development, testing, and end-user testers to ensure high-quality delivery • Perform UAT and obtain sign-off from business sponsors and Compliance • Document pre- and post-deployment steps and plans • Monitor post-deployment activity and report project Measures of Success

🎯 Requirements

• At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent • Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst within an IT team, preferably in the financial services industry • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced team environment • Excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet scheduled and unscheduled deadlines • High-level comfort with Salesforce and the Force.com platform • Understanding of UX design and content processes • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and XML • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without sponsorship, on an ongoing and indefinite basis • Certification is preferred • Experience documenting requirements for AI, automation, or workflow tools is a plus
