📋 Description

• Rework brand-team motion into performance-native ad variants for Meta and TikTok • Build original motion from scratch for paid social, including kinetic type, animated captions, logo, product, and UI motion • Design motion that carries the hook in the first second, especially without live footage • Produce multiple iterations of winning concepts for continuous creative testing • Adapt motion across 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats for Stories, Reels, and Feed • Bring original concepts and creative angles rather than only executing against a board • Maintain brand coherence while optimizing for performance • Use performance signals to sharpen motion and double down on what works

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of motion built for short-form video ads on Meta and/or TikTok, or comparable performance work • Senior-level command of Adobe After Effects • Proficiency with Premiere for assembly and CapCut for fast cuts • Strong understanding of direct-response creative, including hooks, angles, pacing, and motion performance • Proven ability to produce a high volume of variants at pace without dropping quality • Proactive, self-directed working style • Comfort extending an existing brand system while building net-new motion for performance • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States • Nice to have: experience at a consumer subscription app, growth agency running paid social, or DTC/ecommerce brand • Nice to have: comfort reading hook rate, hold rate, and CTR and adjusting creative accordingly • Nice to have: working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma • Nice to have: comfort using AI tools in a motion workflow • Nice to have: love of music and an eye for culture
