📋 Description

• Lead Product Quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer, field and manufacturing issues • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews throughout product development • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing processes, supplier quality and production readiness • Develop quality plans, inspection criteria, validation requirements and engineering documentation supporting production releases • Analyze warranty data, customer feedback and field performance to identify trends and prioritize product improvements • Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), drawings, manufacturing documentation and release management • Coordinate cross-functional quality reviews while tracking corrective actions to closure • Assist in launching new products, including first article inspections and packaging solution design or refinement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering • 5+ years in Product Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline • Experience with CAPA, DFMEA/PFMEA, root cause analysis and product validation • Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional leadership skills
