📋 Description

• Guide product initiatives through discovery, requirements definition, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement • Translate ambiguous business challenges into product roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs aligned with Sunrun's goals • Collaborate with engineering teams on system design, architectural trade-offs, and complex implementation choices • Define KPIs and use post-launch data to evaluate product impact and guide future investments • Communicate vision, priorities, and investment rationale to technical and executive stakeholders • Provide constructive pushback, build consensus, and drive disciplined execution • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop high-impact AI capabilities • Shape solutions across B2B and B2C use cases with a Product Manager and 30+ engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management and technical roles owning complex, scalable products • Deep fluency in software systems • Experience bringing products from 0-to-1 and scaling established platforms • Ability to turn broad, unstructured problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes • Experience defining success metrics and delivering concrete business or customer value • Strong strategic judgment and ability to challenge assumptions constructively and align cross-functional teams • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Preferred: Prior software engineering experience • Preferred: Background in enterprise tech, B2B platforms, cloud infrastructure, AdTech, or e-commerce • Preferred: Exposure to B2B and B2C products across web and mobile applications • Preferred: Experience working on AI products or partnering with AI engineering teams, or strong technical curiosity and drive to learn
