📋 Description

• Own platform features from intake through scope, build, demo, and launch • Decide with the CTO and Head of AI Product what is ready to build and communicate the plan and rationale • Run demo and feedback cadence and capture feedback in Linear • Translate validated direction into product requirements, explicit scope, non-goals, success metrics, and acceptance criteria • Partner on design using Figma where there is UI • Document feature decisions and maintain a shared source of truth • Define quality standards, rubrics, evaluations, annotation standards, and human-data quality processes • Talk to customers and domain experts and incorporate Post Sales Support and AI Labs Services Delivery into planning • Keep engineering, product, research, sales, policy, legal, data science, and delivery aligned • Shepherd in-flight and new features through build, demo, launch, and follow-up • Review recordings and collaborate with GTM on discovery and technical product capability translation during pre-sales and post-sales • Help define how product management scales as the platform and team grow

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a technical product manager, technical program manager, or product-minded engineer building software, data, or AI platforms, owning features from requirements through production • Technical depth to read and reason about code, system design, and data models well enough to weigh tradeoffs • Track record of defining technical contracts including APIs, data schemas, evaluation metrics, and acceptance criteria • Shipped at least one evaluation or benchmarking system, red-team or safety-testing tooling, annotation or labeling pipeline, or dataset or data-processing platform • Fluency with the modern AI application stack, including LLM orchestration, retrieval, evaluation pipelines, and monitoring • Fluency with delivery tools including version control, feature flags, CI, and an issue tracker such as Linear • Familiarity with high-stakes or regulated domains such as Trust & Safety is preferred • Experience turning taxonomies and rubrics into measurable, repeatable evaluation workflows is preferred • Familiarity with reinforcement-learning environments, reward modeling, or agent evaluation harnesses is preferred
