📋 Description
• Take the legal function to its next stage • Own complex customer contracting • Support fundraising • Cover employment and people matters • Protect intellectual property • Own compliance for a company doing physics at scale • Be a commercial partner, not a gatekeeper
🎯 Requirements
• Strong commercial contracting experience with sophisticated, high-value enterprise customers • Venture financing experience • Working command of employment law in a fast-growing company • Solid grounding in IP relevant to deep tech • Command of the regulatory landscape that comes with advanced technology work • Bias to ship • Experience at a deep tech, hardware, energy, or compute infrastructure company (nice to have)
