📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking • Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience • Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles • Strong sourcing skills • Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs • Bilingual a plus • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly • MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus • Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
