📋 Description

‱ Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers throughout the Western United States. ‱ Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable to activity, performance, and revenue goals. ‱ Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the region continues to expand. ‱ Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. ‱ Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. ‱ Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and execution. ‱ Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. ‱ Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. ‱ Assist with key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development. ‱ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. ‱ Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with internal and external site staff. ‱ Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience. ‱ Candidates must have a successful track record (at least 5 years) leading sales teams within the staffing industry. ‱ Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the staffing industry. ‱ Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals. ‱ Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management. ‱ Experience managing remote sales teams across multiple geographic markets. ‱ Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. ‱ Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. ‱ Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results. ‱ Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
