📋 Description
• Develop, maintain, and deliver Epic Inpatient Orders training curriculum for providers across multiple hospital sites. • Design and update training materials, maintain the Epic training environment, and ensure education aligns with current workflows and system enhancements. • Assess learning needs, identify training gaps, and implement educational programs that promote standardized workflows and quality outcomes. • Partner with clinical leadership, operational teams, and IT stakeholders to support user adoption, competency development, and ongoing Epic education initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Active EpicCare Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer Certification • Active Epic Training Environment Build Certification • 3–5 years of progressive healthcare education or Epic training experience • Experience developing curriculum and delivering Epic training programs • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences
