• Problem-solving and exploring alternative solutions. • Provide outstanding Customer Service. • Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers. • High Degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail. • Maintain call center databases by entering information and documenting customer interaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a good work history and positive Attendance. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Bilingual is a plus • Ability to multi-task • High School Diploma or GED required. • Ability to pass criminal Background Check, and have no student loans in default.
