📋 Description

• Deliver in-person and virtual training across planting and seeding product lines. • Build dealer capability in product sales and positioning, installation and setup, diagnostics and troubleshooting. • Lead group sessions and hands-on field training to strengthen dealer confidence. • Partner with Territory Managers and Regional Leadership to support the sales process. • Assist with product demonstrations, dealer calls, and customer engagement. • Provide hands-on support during installation, startup, and in-field operation. • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coach dealers toward independent problem solving. • Strengthen SurePoint’s dealer network by building technical expertise and self-sufficiency. • Identify training gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with row crop planters, seeding equipment, or precision ag technology. • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. • Proven ability to train and communicate technical concepts effectively. • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a high-travel role. • Experience working with dealer networks or ag retail environments preferred.
