📋 Description

• Lead recruiting for assigned roles, including kickoff conversations, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate selection, and offers • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create thoughtful, consistent interview processes • Keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the recruiting process • Help create and update job descriptions and support job-leveling, compensation, and promotion recommendations • Provide managers with clear, practical guidance on routine performance, attendance, conduct, and employee concerns • Help managers document workplace and performance matters objectively and consistently • Coordinate annual performance reviews, employee surveys, and other recurring People programs • Support performance improvement and employee development processes • Administer People systems, test updates, troubleshoot issues, and partner with vendors when needed • Help maintain policies, required training, employee acknowledgments, and recurring compliance activities • Prepare reports and monitor recruiting progress, program participation, and key People processes • Handle confidential information with care and recognize when an issue needs additional support

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, and full-cycle recruiting • Experience guiding managers through employee relations and performance situations • A practical understanding of employment practices and workplace compliance • Familiarity with job levels, salary ranges, and compensation recommendations • Experience working with applicant tracking and employee information systems • Paylocity experience is a plus • Strong organization and project-management skills, with the ability to balance recruiting and People priorities • Sound judgment, discretion, and confidence handling sensitive information • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels • PHR, SHRM-CP, or multi-state HR experience is a plus
