📋 Description

• Install industrial finishing equipment, including paint and powder coating booths, industrial ovens, ducting and ventilation systems, pumps, spray systems, and related equipment • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, airflow, and pump-related issues • Work directly with customers to help ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time • Follow company and customer safety procedures and maintain a professional presence on-site • Partner with internal teams to support equipment installations, projects, and service needs • Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM • Travel throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York • Provide occasional evening or weekend support for customer installations and planned shutdowns

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field service, equipment installation, industrial maintenance, HVAC, mechanical systems, or related technical environments • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and installation layouts • Experience working with industrial equipment, pumps, ventilation systems, or airflow applications • Familiarity with paint and powder coating systems is a plus • Electrical or controls experience is preferred • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a field-based environment • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel regularly throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York • Ability to lift and install equipment components • Comfort working in industrial manufacturing environments • Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when required
