📋 Description

• Develop innovative solutions to enhance annotation efficiency using the latest AI advancements. • Create intuitive interfaces for data exploration and visualization, including tools for RLHF processes. • Design and implement systems for large-scale data processing to support AI model training and evaluation. • Build interactive products to effectively communicate complex instructions to our workforce. • Contribute to products that facilitate the collection and analysis of human feedback for RLHF and other AI training methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software • Demonstrated experience leading projects with significant scope and ambiguity • Product-focused mindset: you thrive on rapidly shipping features and products that solve real-world problems • Passion for AI ethics: you’re committed to making AI models safer and more useful for society • Excellent communication skills: you can clearly explain decisions and trade-offs to other senior engineers • Startup experience (early-stage engineer or founder strongly preferred) • Experience with Python or Ruby on Rails, and React/Typescript • CS degree from a top school or equivalent STEM background**
