📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Palantir Foundry platform, including data ingestion, integrations, ontology design, application frameworks, workflow automation, and production operations. • Lead architectural decisions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units and technical domains. • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical roadmaps. • Establish standards and best practices for ontology-driven modeling, data engineering, application development, integrations, monitoring, and operational support. • Design and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines, third-party integrations, data quality frameworks, reconciliation processes, and observability solutions. • Serve as the organization's Foundry subject matter expert across ontology design, transform pipelines, data products, application development, lineage, and platform capabilities. • Ensure platform security, reliability, performance, scalability, tenant isolation, role-based access controls, auditability, monitoring, and production readiness. • Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical and platform-related issues. • Define and oversee architectural patterns for AI and machine learning capabilities, including intelligent automation, model inference workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes. • Promote AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, testing, and documentation. • Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering guardrails. • Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and delivery teams. • Support technical hiring, onboarding, and capability development across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, platform engineering, backend systems, or technical leadership roles strongly preferred. • 5+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience in production environments strongly preferred. • Industry experience in healthcare, especially healthcare supply chain, logistics, and/or operations strongly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. • Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise data platforms and distributed systems. • Expertise in ontology-driven data modeling, data engineering, workflow automation, system integrations, and operational pipelines. • Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, security, and role-based access control frameworks. • Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, machine learning workflows, and AI-assisted development practices. • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Foundry-related development paradigms. • Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy, mentor engineers, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
