📋 Description
• Calling on account to make sure they have been paid in full. • If full amount is not paid find out why and what adjustments need to be made. • Verify claims received. • Follows up on all accounts from billing to zero balance. • Maintains all logs in a timely and accurate manner. • Does all necessary follow-up on billing/rebilling. • Ensures all write-offs have gone through correctly. • Sends follow-up letters to insurance companies. • Patient collections on patients' responsibility after insurance payment.
