📋 Description

• Translate business needs into actionable IT demands • Advocate for divisional leadership in enterprise IT planning • Ensure technology delivery supports safe, efficient healthcare operations • Build trusted relationships with division leadership and stakeholders • Assist with prioritizing IT demand and guide divisional IT requests • Collaborate with corporate IT leaders for project prioritization • Monitor IT service performance and resolve service gaps • Partner with project managers and divisional stakeholders for initiative alignment • Promote compliance with corporate IT standards and cybersecurity controls • Communicate IT changes to divisional stakeholders • Act as point of coordination for IT issue resolution • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business administration, or related field, or comparable work experience. • Proven experience, typically 5+ years, in IT leadership, client delivery, relationship management, healthcare technology operations, or related roles. • In-depth understanding of IT service delivery, demand management, incident escalation, project delivery, change management, governance, and continuous improvement practices. • Prior healthcare operations or healthcare IT experience related to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, or other care delivery environments is strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory, privacy, security, audit, and compliance expectations, including HIPAA and applicable corporate governance standards. • Ability to travel as needed to support divisional leadership, facility engagement, critical initiatives, escalations, projects and operational reviews; estimated travel up to 50.
