📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized and critical roles • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach • Conduct market mapping and provide talent intelligence on candidate availability, competitors, and emerging skill sets • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and talent needs • Lead complex and niche searches, including roles within manufacturing, battery, and Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS) environments • Maintain accurate candidate activity and pipelines within CRM and ATS platforms • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through recruiter handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Strong talent sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within automotive, manufacturing, energy, or technical environments • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles • Experience with CRM and ATS platforms • Strong research, market mapping, Boolean search, social sourcing, and networking skills • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • Ability to work EST hours • Experience sourcing within the battery ecosystem, including battery manufacturing, energy storage, or related technologies • Knowledge of or exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems/Solutions (BESS) • Experience sourcing talent from automotive, advanced manufacturing, energy, or adjacent industries
