📋 Description
• Receive inbound phone calls and manage outbound follow-up calls with prospects • Gather pertinent information necessary to offer insurance quotes • Thoroughly answer questions and set proper expectations regarding products and the sales process • Verify the accuracy of supporting employment, down payment, appraisal, and financial documentation • Cultivate strong customer relationships • Achieve sales results
🎯 Requirements
• Must have completed high school or equivalent • Must have an active property and casualty license • Must have basic experience using Microsoft Office suite • Must be able to work on multiple screens/systems • Candidates with a track record for achieving sales results are ideal • Must be able to work within the stated hours and schedules • Four weeks of training
