📋 Description

• Provide oversight of the organization's third-party risk management program • Develop, implement, and maintain third-party risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures • Conduct pre-service, annual, and risk-based audits and monitoring activities • Manage issue resolution, action plans, remediation activities, and corrective action reporting • Lead risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing third parties • Coordinate with Operations, IT Security, Procurement, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams • Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership and the board of directors • Support internal and external audits by maintaining documentation, coordinating with third parties, reviewing submissions, and preparing stakeholder presentations • Monitor timely receipt of accurate and complete regulatory and contractual reports • Serve as a key point of contact for third parties regarding contractual and regulatory obligations • Manage and mentor a team of individual contributors • Allocate resources to support third-party risk management activities • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, or related equivalent work experience required • 5+ years of Audit, Compliance, third party oversight and/or related experience required • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace and health plan administration preferred • Project management experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects preferred • Knowledge of company standards, Federal and State requirements, and applicable NCQA Accreditation standards • Experience leading third-party risk assessments and due diligence processes • Experience coordinating cross-functional risk management activities • Experience preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership and board of directors • Experience supporting internal and external audits • Experience managing and mentoring individual contributors
