📋 Description

• Manage highly complex clinical digital project management operations and PMO projects from conception to completion • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget • Provide leadership to project teams and junior IS PMO team members • Assist in establishing and implementing Sutter IS PMO project management processes and methodologies • Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments • Direct and monitor work efforts • Identify resource needs • Perform quality reviews • Escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues • Track key project milestones • Adjust project plans and/or resources to meet client needs • Coordinate communication with teams and clients regarding scope, budget, risk, and resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the required degree or diploma • 8 years recent relevant experience • In-depth implementation experience in Epic EHR applications • Knowledge of PMBOK, project management methodologies, and/or Sutter Health’s project methodology • Expertise in Microsoft Project and Office Suite • Ability to use basic English words and phrases to clearly organize and communicate thoughts and ideas • Ability to make presentations to persuade others or provide information and instruction • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across all areas and levels within Sutter Health and with external organizations • Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures and formulate logical, objective conclusions • Ability to organize workflow to accomplish established objectives • Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction • Preferred: experience using Strategic Portfolio Management within the ServiceNow platform
