📋 Description

• Own positioning, messaging, narrative architecture, and competitive differentiation for AI Care Operations and its solutions • Build buyer-specific messaging for health plans, health systems, value-based care organizations, employers, and government • Create battle cards, ROI frameworks, demos, proof points, and buyer-facing commercial materials • Enable commercial and segment sales teams by scoping workflows, explaining AI agents, and addressing safety, integration, and ROI questions • Develop training, playbooks, discovery guides, and solution certifications for sales and customer success • Lead solution specialist direct reports paired with segment sales representatives • Systematically canvass US and international markets for accounts, RFPs, procurements, contract renewals, and budget signals • Use AI tooling for market opportunity mapping, competitive research, and opportunity identification • Partner with segment leaders to pursue and win identified opportunities • Build case studies and outcome metrics covering contacts handled, cost per interaction, gap closure, time to care, and readmissions • Maintain message consistency across commercial segments and geographies • Provide voice-of-market input to product teams • Report to the General Manager • Success measured by qualified pipeline sourced, competitive win rate, influenced bookings, sales cycle length, and enablement adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing and/or GTM, with clear ownership of positioning and competitive strategy, and current or recent Lead, Head, Director or VP scope • Demonstrated ownership of product marketing and positioning, GTM strategy, and sales, field or revenue enablement • Experience selling to operational buyers, including COOs, VPs of operations or care management, and contact center leaders • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and customer success • Experience building competitive intelligence from scratch • Based in the US • Current or recent Lead, Head, Director or VP-level GTM or product marketing experience • Experience launching products, positioning, competitive differentiation, sales enablement, and market strategy • Experience selling products that replace operational work or labor • Experience building ROI cases accepted by CFOs • Experience with AI workflows for market intelligence, opportunity canvassing, and competitive research • Ability to explain AI agent capabilities and limitations honestly • Experience with multi-solution, multi-segment GTM, including public sector procurement • Strong writing and clear thinking • Minimum Builder-level AI proficiency; ability to create workflows and tools that elevate the whole team
