• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding • Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisors • Provide companionship and emotional support • Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and transportation • Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans • Deliver reliable, respectful, and client-centered care
• Active CNA license in the state of Texas • CPR/First Aid certification • Clear background check • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks • Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience • Fluent in English • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to pick up additional shifts • Previous caregiver experience (home health, hospice, or facility-based) preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completion of CNA training program preferred • Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus • Knowledge of client rights and commitment to maintaining dignity and privacy • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Basic meal preparation skills
