📋 Description

• Serve as a technical owner for Workday integrations and reporting • Design, build, and maintain inbound/outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations as applicable, and vendor file feeds • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external providers to ensure seamless data exchange and integration reliability • Develop and maintain custom Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics for HR operations, compliance, and leadership decision-making • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot errors • Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and validation • Triage and resolve HRIS requests through ServiceNow • Ensure data governance, audit readiness, and process efficiency through documentation, controls, and system checks • Maintain integration build/runbooks, system documentation, and reporting standards • Provide guidance and training to HR partners and stakeholders • Travel up to 10% as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 8 years’ experience, including minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment • Experience with change management processes and testing cycles • Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports; calculated fields; dashboards and analytics; and Workday reporting security • Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange methods, including inbound and outbound EIBs, custom XLST transformations, Core Connectors, and encryption using PGP, AS2/X.509, and digital signatures • PICOF/PECI/CCW/APIs preferred • Workday Studio exposure a plus • Workday Integration Pro Certification a plus • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
