📋 Description

• Assist the legal team in drafting, formatting, and administratively managing complex agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and technology licenses • Help maintain corporate records and assist with preparing and filing corporate filings • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions • Oversee due diligence data rooms and coordinate with external counsel • Manage legal billing and review outside counsel invoices • Ensure cost-effective use of external legal resources • Maintain and update corporate entity records, state filings, and business licenses • Support Exol’s good standing across all jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of paralegal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience • Bachelor’s degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program • Experience managing an international trademark portfolio • Proven track record supporting Board-level functions and managing corporate entities and filings • Mastery of contract management software • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional writing skills • Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external stakeholders • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, joint-venture environment • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with precision • Valid driver’s license necessary for visits to client or customer locations
