📋 Description

• Close life insurance sales with families who have already requested information • Use warm leads from the proprietary platform rather than prospecting from cold lists • Find appropriate insurance solutions across multiple carriers • Build and compound a book of business through annual policy renewals • Potentially build teams and earn override income • Follow the established sales system and respond to coaching and guidance • Submit production history and income-ceiling responses during the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Documented track record of hitting or exceeding targets • Proven sales production experience, especially in real estate, solar, mortgage and lending, auto, B2B, SaaS, pharmaceutical, medical device, financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance • Coachability and willingness to follow the established system • Ability to operate independently without close management • Professional-level communication and integrity in closing • Current U.S. resident • Authorized to work in the United States • Must be inside the United States • Life insurance license required to write business; already licensed candidates can be contracted within days • Unlicensed candidates must complete licensing, generally within 2–4 weeks
