📋 Description

• Lead delivery of cloud-based service lifecycle management solutions for global clients, primarily in manufacturing and aftermarket industries • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, commercials, contracts, budgets, percentage of completion, and change requests for typically 6-12 month projects • Partner with customer project managers to drive implementation projects to success • Define and manage project goals and success criteria • Coordinate customer and Syncron project teams across different global locations • Coach project teams to follow Syncron’s standardized methodology • Identify and mitigate project risks with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead • Drive project progress using end-to-end customer business process thinking • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university with a qualified degree, for example in Industrial Management, Economics, or Engineering • Minimum 2-3 years implementing SaaS solutions • At least 2 years managing projects of a similar size • Experience managing projects with budgets up to 1m USD • Accountability for customer needs and delivery of results • Structured work approach and ability to drive project progress through a project plan • Ability to communicate effectively in groups and lead meetings to achieve objectives • Fluency in business English, orally and in writing • Willingness to travel and spend time directly with clients • Experience with warranty, supply chain, or pricing software is an advantage • Strong experience in the after-sales domain is an advantage
