📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital projects for the Aerospace & Defense Solutions division • Align ServiceNow reporting standards and key data elements with the ADS Digital Portfolio Manager • Ensure project and program deliveries achieve defined objectives • Establish project governance and control throughout the lifecycle • Coordinate project planning, milestones, deadlines, responsibilities, progress monitoring, and stakeholder reporting • Manage project engagement, external vendors, internal business stakeholders, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues • Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure • Monitor and control outcomes; proactively resolve or escalate issues, risks, dependencies, and critical-path deliverables • Develop progress reports and presentations for project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders • Manage external vendor and professional-services engagements, including onshore and offshore providers • Manage project scope and changes • Manage quality throughout the project lifecycle and align delivery with success criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience • Applications deployment or ERP implementation experience beneficial • Experience with financial projects and system carve-outs or cloning • Ability to lead others and influence without authority • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments • Teamwork, innovation, and excellence • Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks • Ability to work with external vendors and professional-services engagements, including onshore and offshore providers • Applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status, or be eligible to receive export authorization under ITAR and/or EAR
