• Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study information in databases and systems • Maintain and distribute study-specific and financial reports, including vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, and forecasts • Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items • Follow up with team members on action items through closure • Record and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), communicate them to the Project Lead, and propose action plans • Prepare and provide customer status reports with Project Lead oversight • Archive study documents according to applicable guidelines and policies • Represent projects in internal and external audits when required • Support quality assurance activities, audits, internal reviews, and resolution of actionable issues • Serve as primary customer contact when the Project Lead is out of the office • Mentor and train Project Specialists
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Clinical and Excel • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines • Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team • Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH • Clinical research experience • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements • Experience in Oncology therapeutic area
