📋 Description

• Establish and support practical data governance frameworks, including ownership, stewardship, standards, controls, decision rights, and escalation processes • Define critical data elements, business terminology, data quality expectations, and acceptance criteria with business data owners and stewards • Maintain and enhance enterprise data catalog information, including metadata, business definitions, ownership, lineage, and analytics product relationships • Coordinate prioritization and resolution of data quality issues and monitor corrective actions • Define and manage reusable data products, including purpose, target users, business outcomes, service expectations, adoption measures, and lifecycle requirements • Promote governed data products and sustainable analytics solutions aligned with privacy, security, and compliance requirements • Integrate data governance principles into AI-enabled products and enterprise digital transformation initiatives • Identify analytics needs, define business outcomes, and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables • Own and prioritize analytics product backlogs and roadmaps • Guide analytics solutions through discovery, design, development, implementation, adoption, continuous improvement, and retirement • Lead reporting modernization and rationalization efforts • Provide product ownership for the existing Qlik reporting environment • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and external partners, facilitate Agile activities, manage dependencies, and communicate project progress, risks, and decisions • Drive stakeholder engagement, product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and adoption • Support SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience • 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, business intelligence, analytics product ownership, business analysis, or digital product delivery • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting enterprise data governance practices, including data ownership, stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and governance controls • Proven experience managing analytics products or reporting portfolios, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement, and product lifecycle management • Strong understanding of analytics product management, business requirements analysis, Agile delivery methodologies, and user acceptance processes • Ability to interpret data flows, models, and technical dependencies without requiring hands-on data engineering expertise • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills • Fluency in English is required • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: experience with Qlik Sense or comparable business intelligence solutions • Preferred: familiarity with Alation, Databricks, or similar technologies • Preferred: experience supporting ERP modernization, SAP S/4HANA implementations, or enterprise reporting transformation initiatives • Preferred: knowledge of data product lifecycle management, reporting rationalization, and reusable enterprise analytics solutions • Preferred: experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external suppliers, or globally distributed delivery resources • Preferred: understanding of AI-enabled analytics and large language model (LLM) applications • Preferred: experience applying change management and stakeholder engagement strategies
