📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel • Establish a feedback loop between sales, marketing, and product teams to gather insights on lead quality and refine strategies • Provide demos of Syntax Direct to prospects and respond to questions or concerns in the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of successful sales experience • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (preferably HubSpot) • Basic understanding of core investment management principles • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT or Canva • Occasional travel required • Client-focused perspective (preferred) • Excellent teamwork and entrepreneurial skills (preferred) • Business development and/or partnerships experience (preferred) • Strong industry network and relationships (preferred)
